A rousing success for MILO ® "Cheers on Team Singapore"

AdWOW! extends full support to SEA Games 2007 Rallying campaign

Singapore (ad-wow.com, 20 July 2007) - MILO®, with the support from AdWOW! has the 6-month long 24th SEA Games rallying campaign underway in a spectacular way! Thousands of Singaporeans once again illustrated their steadfast support towards the national athletes in the quest for more glory in the upcoming SEA Games in Thailand this December.

Held at Sengkang East Way, the spotlight was set for the arrival of PM Lee and his Parliament Members to officiate the event before the anticipating crowd. They were welcomed by an energetic cheerleading performance, followed by a signature drive where VIPs penned their words of encouragement for Team Singapore on a banner. The public is also encouraged to participate in this signature drive which MILO® targets to collect over 300,000 signatures nationwide.

"MILO® Cheers on Team Singapore" was the first in a series of rallying campaigns brought to Singaporeans by MILO®, with support from the Ang Mo Kio - Yio Chu Kang CSC. The AdWOW!-created campaign identity signifies the fighting spirit, national pride and teamwork of what Team Singapore stands for, at the same time enhancing MILO® brand essence - to bring the champions out of all individuals!

Over 5,000 Singaporeans from all races and age groups made their way to participate in this event as early as 7am. The event comprises of sport matches, a 2.4 km run and carnival games. MILO® sampling vans were also there to distribute the ever-popular iced MILO® to chill off the crowd from the hot weather.
