  Healthy drinks? Anyone?

Is it me alone or is everyone getting paranoid with everything that's 'healthy'? Is there such a thing in the first place or is it just a fad to keep us busy for now?

We're told to lead a healthy lifestyle.....eat this and don't eat that etc. I'm not a fool OK and I know that's the way to go BUT how on Earth am I going to stop eating my satay, roti canai, char koay teow and teh tarik? I really don't know how to tahan without these lo!

For goodness sake, you should look at my belly! It's just getting bigger and looks as if it belongs to a blow-up Santa Claus! Belinda says that it's cute and 'shiok to hug'! Aiyo.....does she really mean that or is she just being kind to her better half? Am I getting healthier with these 'healthy' drinks? Is it worth the effort? I don't see the results yet lo.

Many   'healthier' drinks have been introduced by the big companies in recent times. Be it 'less sugar', 'no preservatives' or anything that's just healthy....you name it, they have it! Having said that, we come to the main question.....which healthy drink should we drink to be healthy? I really don't know lo!

I wonder if all these healthy drinks can make us any healthier. Healthy or not, I just wish my belly could be slim and toned just like how it looked when I just got married! How I wished I could turn back the clock and savour that moment in time when I could show off my sexy abs and belly to Belinda! I think she prefers that to Santa's belly that I have now :p

Why??? Why do we want to go to great pains to try to be healthy? Maybe we want to save on the high medical costs or perhaps to enjoy our lives to the fullest? As long as I'm healthy, I guess I don't really care what the reason is.

Every night before I sleep, I ask myself - will all these make me healthier or just happy and contented for doing the 'right' thing? At the end of the day, I still wake up with a bulging belly... and it's growing by the day.
